* I express my concern over the rush by some politicians to endorse the so-called “Massad Boulos Deal” before its details and implications are clear.
* I reject granting unconditional political support to any initiative that has not been officially presented to the Libyan people.
* I believe that the absence of a clear national vision risks paving the way for the return of authoritarianism in new forms.
* I welcome strategic partnerships with major powers, provided they are based on a coherent national vision and support for Libya’s sovereign institutions.
* I emphasize that reforming and unifying state institutions is the foundation for building stable and effective international partnerships.
* I call on countries engaged in Libya, particularly the United States, to continue supporting Libya’s stability by strengthening its sovereign institutions in a way that serves the interests of the Libyan people.
